CRL 316 Brushed Stainless Flush Mount Cap Assembly for 1-1/2″ Diameter Standoffs

CRL’sFlush Mount Cap Assemblyis designed to be used with 1-1/2″ (38 mm) Standoff Bases in applications where the Standoff Cap must be flush with the surface of the glass. The 316 stainless steel Cap comes with a 7/8″ (22 mm), 3/8″-16 Socket Head Screw with clear vinyl washers. The Flush Cap measures 1-3/8″ (35 mm) in diameter. Minimum material thickness is 3/8″ (10 mm). An optional 1-1/2″ (38 mm) Screw, Cat. No. CAP38S, is available for use with thicker materials.

NOTE:Fabrication requires a drill-thru 1″ (25 mm) diameter hole and then a countersink (Cat. No. BDC112) to achieve a flush or flat surface.

Cap Requires a countersink drill operation to complete the installation.DO NOTdrill too deep into the material with Cat. No. BDC112 countersink. It may be necessary to dry fit the Flush Cap several times to achieve the desired surface flatness.
