With the CAPF112BS Cap Assembly this 1-1/2″ (38 mm)Cap Screwis used when the attachment to thicker panels is required. The CAP38S has 3/8″-16 threads and will work with CRL 1-1/2″ and 2″ diameter Standoff bases.

Due to the diversified variety of applications, weight limitations for Standoff systems are dependent upon wall or substrate anchoring. Do not drill too deep into material with Cat. No. BDC112 Countersink Drill Bit. It may be necessary to dry fit the Flush Cap several times to achieve the desired surface flatness.
