This set includes a self-latching top bolt and an auxiliary fire latch bottom bolt, offering enhanced safety and compliance with UL10C and UBC 7-2-1997 standards for wood composite core fire doors up to 8 feet in height. Engineered for durability and ease of installation, it features a reversible, non-handed steel construction with stainless steel components, a 3/4″ bolt throw, and a 1″ x 8-1/2″ faceplate. The built-in override function prevents damage from misalignment, while the thermal lock ensures automatic engagement during fire conditions.
