The Kwikset 83840 Halifax LED Lever and Cartridge is a halifax led lever conversion kit for adding or replacing the illuminated lever assembly on compatible Halifax LED passage or privacy hardware. A built-in motion sensor activates the 4000K light in low-light conditions; the reversible lever can be installed on either side of the door.

The official product configuration includes the LED lever, removable battery cartridge, and one AAA battery. Use only with compatible Halifax LED passage or privacy hardware; this is not a complete lockset.
