The unique Type 17 point features a self-drilling tip that cuts through sheet metal up to 0.9mm thick, eliminating the need for pilot holes and dramatically reducing installation time. The Class 4 galvanised coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding exterior applications.

Each 12G-11 x 50mm screw features a hex head with neoprene washer that provides excellent torque transfer and a weather-tight seal when driven. The 5/16″ hex socket drive accepts standard hex drivers and impact tools for efficient installation, while the partial thread design ensures proper clamping force.
